Design and Analysis of a Spraying Robot

چکیده
An indoor spraying robot is built in this research to solve numerous challenges associated with manual spraying. The mechanical, hardware and essential technologies used are all detailed designed. proposed robot's conceptual design split into two parts: software. mechanical design, manufacturing, electrical, electronics systems described the part, while control of software section. This kinematic dynamic models were developed using three links that move x, y, z directions. was then designed SolidWorks compute each connection's deflection maximum stresses. characteristics stepper motors, power screw belt drive, calculated. Finally, an Arduino-Nano controller motor actuators build run robot. As a result, able smoothly vertically horizontally, according findings experiments as shown figures 22, 23, 24, 25.
